i have decided to begin this post with a wonderful reminder that sometimes, you only do get that one chance. that being said....

i'd like to welcome everybody to {insert name here}! sorry, it was crunch time and we had not found a name yet. let's just say that it's in the works, and you readers will be the third to know what it is. basically, i'm now part of a group of prolific writers and how i got my foot in that door, i have no clue. it can't get any worse than what i'm doing right now, so if you read on, i might just get better through the weeks.

i was looking through one of my online friends' accounts and i found somebody who is almost in the same situation as myself but, not. she used to be a cali girl, but she's now calling my birthland her home. i, on the otherhand, escaped that rock to get to this one. it's weird, the people you find.

i mentioned that to her, and she never answered back. hmpf. go figure.
