doting uncle, part deux

my sister's been bugging me to write about my nephew for quite some time now. well, that's not exactly true; she mentioned it a couple of times and i promised her that i would. so, here i am, trying to figure out what i would write down.

she did mention that GJ used to walk backwards, and only recently started going forwards.

must... reach... my... goal....

i guess that's his motor skills kicking in. at almost 11 months, i'd say that that's an accomplishment. given enough time, i can guarantee that this kid's gonna be running circles around me. then i have to go catch him and tickle him to death. hey, so long as diaper changes aren't part of the whole routine, i'm good to go.
