old man and the sea

the forecasted snowfall didn't happen today, but the wind sure is a howler.

times like these, i find myself transported by the sea, getting ready for a whole day of diving.

it was an easy, laid back life.

i miss it often enough to want to go somewhere tropical, to catch the sun, and hopefully share the experience.

Batangas, early in the morning. 

i know though, that that part of my life will have to stay in the back burner for now. i've set myself on this path, and i intend to see it through.

of course, it doesn't stop me from reluctantly coming back to reality.
