kudos

one of the people i hold close to my pseudo-intellect recently chatted me up in Yahoo! it's always refreshing to talk to her since we feed on each other's inanity. we had to cut it short though, since one of the pcs in the internet café where she was in was burning. hmpf. knowing how manic she can be with typing, i wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be her pc that was smoking.

so, what insight did i derive from her today?

nothing much. she mentions an eye surgery that she had, to take off a cyst, and that she was going to start teaching deaf mute kids art come march.

interesting.

how would you interact with such an impediment?

naturally, you learn the art of signing.

just be careful with what you say in the beginning though, for instead of signing: see the way the blue blends with this green at our false horizon, you may just be inexplicably signing: i love the mammaries of an unsown goat. heaven only knows why you'd want to say that, but just imagine either the puzzlement or hilarity that may ensue because of it.

of course, i doubt if i'll even pass up such a chance for slapstick humor.

another thought invades my mind: do they pass notes as well?

i'd say it'd be far cleaner to just sign when teach is facing the canvas. that way, there'd be no evidence to point to the culprit. plus, i always wanted to know how a roomful of them would look like giggling.

tell me when you can, Ana Christina. i know you'd want to.

oh, fine. anna cristina. happy now? it's the correct spelling now, even if the "occassion" doesn't call for it.
